"Seaview rooms offer panoramic ocean view including two of the great attractions (ie rock and cape). Surprisingly front desk rejected our requests for Sapporo bus and tour reservations or even checking the status of tour ship departures. They just focus on delivering good services within the hotel."

"A huge but clean and well maintained property. The dinner and breakfast buffets were well stocked with varieties, quantities and quality to please most palates. The onsen is big and the outdoor pool offers a panoramic sea view. The view of the sunset is especially mesmerizing. Don’t miss it. "

"This hotel was amazing! It exceeded all expectations. We arrived around 5:30pm and had dinner prepared for us at 6pm, which was a delicious mix of fresh sashimi and tempura. We were then able to book the private outdoor onsen which was truly wonderful and luxurious under the stars. Our hosts were warm, friendly and professional and clearly passionate about delivering an exceptional stay for all their guests. The location itself was spectacular! The hotel looked out onto the ocean and we had an incredible view from our room. I cannot rate this hotel high enough, 10/10 I will definitely be staying here again! "

"Hosts are helpful and sent us instructions on the day we checked in. Not really a hostel per se, no cooking was permitted. There was also some charge for disposal of food waste. There was no lighting at the car park area with portholes, so checking in after sunset could be challenging."

"It is a nice property with outstanding views of the port. The bedroom was clean, comfortable, and ample for Japan standards. The staff is courteous and the pristine shared kitchen works well. In case you aren’t driving, note that it isn’t quite walking distance from downtown. Btw the GPS took me to a wrong address, by the port; actually the hotel is at the top of the hill. I totally recommend it. "

"Very modern hotel with big rooms and space to dit and read comfortably in the room. Excellent dinner buffet with many options. Breakfast was also incredible. Staff is super friendly and nice. This hotel is deserving more than 5 stars"
