The hotel is super close to the train station (about a 3-5 minute walk) and easy walking distance from the center of Ravenna. Staff was very kind and accommodating, breakfast was varied and delicious (with free cappuccino!) and everything in the room was up to standard. Would totally stay here again

Shabby outdated property. not worth the 160eur per night, at all. Rip off. Simple lobby reception, scary elevator, old and poor maintenance room. No place to hang a towel in the bathroom, no toilet paper roll hanger, no toothbrush glass, step corner floor between the bathroom and the room (they added a wooden floor without leveling the edge, so your toes will always bump on it) Odd a/c very noisy, unusable. No winter blanket. One morning no-one woke up and breakfast service started after 7.30 with a bunch of people in a rush to exit for the trade show. It should cost 1/4 of its price and it requires urgent renovation.

I had to remind myself… it is just one night. Needs a complete renovation. I sat in the bed and a spring came out. When checking for the bed spring, the floor under bed was full of dust. Dirty walls and bathroom had chipping paint.

Hotel, Roma… Friendly convenient.
The Roma hotel is conveniently located to both the bus and train stations. I was also able to walk to all of the major tourist sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. I had my best café Americano here made by Alejandro. My main reservation about this hotel is the fact that the bathroom is very small, even though I’m not an oversize person.

A pleasant start to our Italian travels.
Everything was as expected except the bathroom which was too small to be functional. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very eager to help us.

The room was great. The only thing was the bathroom. It got wet a lot when you have a shower. The shower area needs to be covered with a screen.

Excellent location in Ravenna
Perfect location! Ample parking within minutes of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast; friendly staff; walkable to all the sites. Great food nearby and overall a place I will stay again

Cheap and central in Ravenna
Hotel very close to station which was good as we arrived late by train. Staff very nice and friendly and helpful and place clean. Problem was it was hot, the aircon ineffectivenbut we couldn’t leave the windows open because of very noisy traffic. Get a room at the back, ours was at the front. Reasonable breakfastwith pastries, lots of fresh fruit etc and very good coffee actually made fresh for you and not one from those machines where you press buttons. Overall good budget hotel. Area round station very seedy, as all station areas seem to be, but well lit and lively and we didn’t feel unsafe as a middle aged couple. You can walk from the hotel into the historic centre and to all the main sights in a few minutes.

very simple basic hotel room around the corner of railway station the garbage can in the bathroom was not emptied and still contained garbage from the previous inhabitant of the room breakfast consists mainly of pre-packed cookies 2 staff members were very nice, one not so

Very dirty hotel
Before I reached my room I was worried as the stair carpet was dirty. My room had not been cleaned (it was 3 pm) from the previous occupant and even when it was "cleaned" it still looked dirty. The mini bar (totally unusable) looked quite dangerous with uncovered wires. I paid for one night and left. The online information you provide is totally misleading.

They gave us a room without air conditioning and without the possibility of opening a window, under the roof, in a heat wave. It was quite windy outside, with wind gusts, and something was loose on the roof and hit intermittently the roof above the room making a lot of noise during the night, making it impossible to sleep. With great difficulty (since no personnel from the hotel was actually in the hotel during the night) the room was finally changed at around 3 AM, to another room on a lower floor, which was also very noisy due to neighbors who coughed and quarreled all night long, and could be heard through the walls... Terrible night!

Roma in Ravenna
We spent one night in Ravenna at Hotel Roma. The location was good, close to the train station. It was fairly easy to find, and the staff was really nice and spoke English. Our room was just okay, nothing fancy. It did have a mini fridge and private bath. When it rained, the guy at the desk gave us free umbrellas, which was super sweet. A decent budget hotel.

Roma was not built in a day
The hotel is under new management and they are beginning a process of updating. The rooms were and comfortable.The front desk personnel were attentive to needs and problems. Available free parking was nearby. You are able to walk to most historic sites. If You need to, You could reach parking near historical sites and walk to most. The hotel was quite and rooms were of adequate size. Adjacent to the hotel is an excellent restaurant named Naif. In Boston there was a sign during the big dig saying Rome was not built in a day or they would have hired them. This is probably true of the Hotel Roma but like Boston you can still enjoy the work in progress.

Older venue
This was an older hotel. In all fairness, we were tired upon arrival late at night and in the rain. Parking was around the corner in a general lot which, while free, was a bit of a hike with our luggage. Very lovely morning front desk staff, and breakfast room personnel. Room was small and dark; bathroom even tighter with awkward height window!...again, an older venue. This was fine for an overnight stay, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you were planning on spending several days visiting lovely Ravenna.

Struttura scadente, ho soggiornato a gennaio e nonostante questo il prezzo non era basso, camera sporca e usurata dal tempo , bagno estremamente piccolo. Il secondo giorno mi e stato solo rifatto il letto, senza mettere kit bagno ( shampoo ecc nuovi) Colazione scarsa, tutto confezionato e di pochissima qualità. Unico lato positivo il personale molto gentile!

Rauhallinen hotelli juna-aseman lähellä. Todella edullinen hotelli. Saapuessamme hotellille klo 14:45 ovet olivat lukossa vaikka hotellin tietojen mukaan vastaan sisäänkirjoitus on klo 14 alkaen. Vähän aikaa odottelimme, niin näimme sisällä siivoojan joka sanoi, että sunnuntaisin vastaanotto aukeaa klo 18. Siivooja soitti hotellin omistajalle ja hän saapui noin puolen tunnin kuluttua ja pääsimme sisälle.

Purtroppo l'hotel è risultato molto trascurato sia nel mobilio che nelle pulizie "straordinarie", c'erano polvere e macchie sui muri, un buco nella tenda, il bagno è anch'esso vecchiotto. Il personale non è stato particolarmente gentile né scortese, neutrale potremmo dire. Gli unici pregi che riesco a trovare sono la vicinanza alla stazione e la presenza di asciugamani e saponi nel bagno.
