Clean exterior and lobby. Rooms were great. Staff were excellent.

Property is very nice, rooms are clean but rather dated. Bathtub was very slippery, wife slipped and would have hit her head on the tub if not for the shower curtain.

The room was spacious, quiet, and strange - one window had drapes that didn't open, letting in no outside light. There was an AC unit inside the room with a large hose connected to a window.

It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park. There are also plenty of places you can walk to including a really cute coffee shop. The rooms were very clean, just the bathrooms are very small. This is a very old building so not many outlets which is understandable. All in all a really great option if you like more unique places to stay.

The room was fine overall, but I was really put off when I found a cockroach in the bathroom. After that, I felt uncomfortable and couldn’t relax, worried I might see another one.
