“A really terrible experience... It's awful that the heating can't control the temperature.”

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”

“Place was clean. There was a group of teens that were very loud at night. Kept slamming doors. When leaving the desk person did not ask how our stay was.”

“Tub filled up with water when showering. Was not the cleanest. Tried charging me a $50 deposit for any damages that would happen in our stay. Never heard of that.”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and this is in comparison to the Aria in Las Vegas. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were clean with well thought out amenities and a spacious bathroom. Every detail was taken into account in the design of this hotel.”

“I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!”

“Clean rooms, Staff were great, so was breakfast but sleeping beside the Interstate I-75 was not great at all!!”

“Property is rather old and certainly looks it; it would seem the 2.5 star rating is a relic of a bygone era. While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. What was worst though was finding ants sporadically across the room: on the bathroom vanity, crawling up lamp cords and on the bed sidetable. I didn't see any on /……

“I have stayed here many times. I have family living in Findlay and in Tiffin. This is a great location that allows me minimal driving to visit family in both cities. EVERY time I have stayed here it has been very clean, quiet and the staff are super friendly. The beds are comfortable with comforters that actually have weight and comfort to them unlike some of the higher end hotels. The lobby area has great seating and lighting for playing games. I LOVE staying here. Oh...and did I mention……

This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”

“The woman at the checkin on 07-10-2026 was amazing. And my son told her of our travels, he's special needs and she really listened. And every time the rest of the night she would make sure to talk to him and call him by name. Made his day.”
