“First, I would like to say the property is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. It is the highlight of the entire property. I did not have any issues with the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. I will say, however, the air conditioning kept turning off. I’m not sure if it was on some kind of timer so that was the only downside. My experience at the hotel was not the greatest”
“I get it that this property is a sustainable eco resort. But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed. So one person would be lying or sitting up in bed and another could be using the toilet, with hardly any partition between them. More dangerous is the……

“My husband and I stayed in a 1 BR ocean view villa at Frenchman’s Cove Beach Resort. The views from the villa were spectacular. The villa was very spacious, however we couldn’t enjoy the space because there was only 1 ac unit and it was located in the bedroom. Whenever we showered, we would be sweating before we could get out of the bathroom. The villa is poorly maintained. The bathroom door knob was falling off and does not close. The kitchen sink had caked on grime as if it hadn’t been cleaned……
