"Fantastic hotel, would recommend "
Hotel was fairly easy to find. Parking was ample and well lit. Arrived before my husband but felt perfectly safe in the underground car park. Bright, clean lobby area. Initially greeted by Nicole Wright. She was warm, professional and a great first impression was set. The room was clean and spacious, the view was of the river and main road, but there were no road noises. My husband and I both had a fabulous sleep in the spacious, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast on Saturday was lovely, we were greeted warmly by Nabin and his team. Nabin was professional, attentive but not imposing, an asset to the Hilton brand. We requested our eggs well done and they were beautiful. On Sunday morning Nabin was again present at breakfast, once again professional and warm, despite it being much busier with a coach trip. Surprisingly Nabin remembered how we liked our eggs. Which to us highlighted his attention to detail and individualised service. I also asked Lois (I think that was her name), at reception on Saturday a query, she too was warm and informative. Sorry Lois, You loaned me your pen but forgot to return it. To which I apologize. In all a fabulous stay. To which we would both recommend and return.
