Do not stay here! Run from this place!!! Bullet holes in the wall! A toilet filled with feces, cigarette burns in the bedspread, blood stain sheets, no heat, tv didn’t work. 10 minutes after checking in I went to the front desk and asked for a refund the 2 people in the office both looked at me and laughed. Said they have a strict no refund policy.

Deteriorating outside, filthy and disgusting inside. Drug addicts swarming the place. Didn’t stay more than 2 minutes before handing the key back in… we decided it was worth wasting what we payed to get another hotel.

I liked nothing. I have a long list of dislikes (not in any particular order): -No soap dish in the bathtub area -Tub faucets runs-can't shut off -No cold water-sink faucet -No hangers in the closet -We booked a smoking room. There were no ashtrays. We asked for two ashtrays. They said they do not have any. We were brought a candle holder to use. -It was advertised that there would be coffee in the lobby. I asked how I could get into the lobby to get the coffee (the door is locked). She said that we haven't offered coffee since the pandemic. -No toilet paper holder -I couldn't connect to the Wifi even though I obtained the password from the front desk. -There is no phone in the room so you can call the front desk. I had to call the hotel using my cell phone. -The outside stairs to the second floor are extremely treacherous. -I went to turn on the TV with the remote. The TV didn't turn on. I checked the remote. There were no batteries. I called the front desk on my cell phone. She checked the drawers and found two. I had to walk to the office to get them. -We only had one working lamp. The other lamp had no bulb. -I was told that they do offer ice. I would need to come to the window and they would buzz us into the lobby. The next morning, my husband went to the window to get ice for our cooler for our perishables. He was told that she would not let us in to the lobby until Noon. It was 9:00a and we had to leave for the race track. -No space to continue.

The first room was tiny, had holes in the walls and was not clean. I requested a different room, it was cleaner and had a horizontal mirror beside the bed! At least no holes in the walls. The curtains would not close all the way so not was to keep people walking by seeing into the room. Yikes!

Feeling sad
The stay at America's Best Value Inn was okay but nothing to brag about. My television was out for 9 hours. I got a friend to fix it because they took to long. There was no stopper to fill the bathtub. I had to get one myself. I am disabled and i cant take.showers due to the fall risk. The other thing they put me on the second floor it was hard getting up the steps since i have MS. The motel just needs to show that they care about the guests and they didn't in any way. I am disappointed. I stayed there a lot over the years and this was my worst experience.

It’s like staying at the bates motel …when I arrived I was given a room 221 it had no door lock ,there was no telephone , mold in the tub and even on the rags and towels ..I was told I couldn’t be refunded because I booked online instead I was given a different room 105 which wasn’t completely an upgrade but compared to the dump I was offered I guess I had to settle . I didn’t feel safe nor comfortable

I’m glad I only stayed for one night. I booked a nonsmoking room, but the room smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarettes burn marks around the tubs and graffiti on the bathroom door. They should could’ve sprayed before their next guests arrive.

It’s a room with a bed.
Staff was helpful and prompt. Doors to get inside in the morning we’re locked so no coffee. The room was basically clean but well worn. Price seemed a tad high for what we paid. Location was perfect for the work I had the next day. Train passed four times before I turned in.

The room was dirty looked nothing like the pictures. We couldn't sleep all night because of the roach infestation and there was no manager to talk to. We couldn't swith rooms or get our money back

The rooms are dark and dingy, only two working outlets in the whole room. A lot of unnecessary furniture, the desk took up half of the room. Mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.

I liked that there were many security cameras AND that they were being monitered. I did not like that the sink and tub drains were not working. I can't comment on how this was handled, as we I only stayed one night.

Should not be offered anywhere. Could not shower..bath tub appeared to be clogged and brown water was slowly filling the tub. There was also a bug in the tub. We didn't complain and left very early!

When we went in the first room it was dirty, had a broken curtain, hair in the bathroom, and it smelled of mold and cigarettes. Thankfully I was able to get a new room which didn't smell like cigarettes but still had a broken headboard and was dirty. I was able to go to the store and clean the room myself before my children or myself used the restroom. The facility on the outside was dirty and some rooms people were living in like apartments. Some staff where nice while others were not. I will not being going back to the Inn again. I hope they will be able to take these surveys and improve their facility.

The saying you get what you pay for is an understatement at this place For being a smoke free facility, I felt like I was staying in an ashtray. There were holes in the walls. The electric baseboard heater was pulled off of the wall. The furniture looked as if it were picked up from someone's yard that the owner was getting rid of. One electrical outlet had no plate covering on it. Another didn't work at all. Instead of repairing anything, it was just painted over. The shower had no kind of mat so one does not slip or fall. The room'slight was simply a standing post with a lightbulb.

For starters, the manager was polite and quick at check in. Property is outdated and in bad shape, but that’s inexpensive motels for you. I found no fewer than four different types of bugs during my time in my room, but fortunately none of them were the bed kind. On top of that, the area was loud, I’m pretty sure junkies hang out here, and I heard at least two people get kicked off of the property overnight. On the plus side, no one broke into my car, and leaving was quick and easy.
