Better than average!

Posted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Location.
Cons: Day shift could have been more informative. (Man) Night shift woman was extremely good!
Location: Difficult to get to coming from the north, the turn into the road way wasn't what you would expect. Almost a 180 turn back towards the north.
Was a little difficult to find if not from the area. Shower was fairly clean but had strands of long hair on the shower wall. Sheets were clean and neat and the rooms next door were fairly quiet after 9PM. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was fine, it's just in a bad part of town.

Hotel Okay

Posted Jul 5, 2015 on Hotels
This hotel was okay for a one night stay. Room had strange smell and toilet ran constantly. Air conditioner loud as well as mini fridge. Front desk agents were very nice and friendly. Neighborhood ok. Lots of eateries right down street, several stores and a mall. About 10 minutes from Santander Arena. Good location to stay if going to show. Would consider staying again, only if in another room. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Dirty and Uncomfortable - NOT recommended!!

Posted Apr 22, 2015 on Hotels
The website for this place stated it had Sleep Number beds. It did not. As a matter of fact, the beds were very old, bare-bones basic, uncomfortable and the box springs (which were bare) were very dingy & dirty!! The website also stated that it provided complimentary newspaper, continental breakfast and free wi-fi. The only thing we were given that was complimentary was the wi-fi - which was so slow that I actually had to turn my wi-fi off on my smart phone and use my cellular data to get any web pages to load. The "toiletries" that were provided were 2 tiny bars of plain soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo - that was it. Also, the TV was an old, regular TV from years ago and most channels on it were fuzzy. There was not even a clock in the room!! This is the first time I've ever stayed in ANY hotel/motel where there was no clock available! They offered free hair dryers, but you had to request one. The lamps and dresser in the room were slightly dusty, the bathroom had dirt in the corners. I do have to say that the shower had great water pressure and the water stayed hot the entire time I was in there. There were no extra blankets in the dresser drawer, like most places do. The room did have a small, compact fridge, a microwave and a very small table, but only one chair!! This was the nastiest room/place I've ever rented, and I've rented many in the past. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Clean and Simple

Posted Apr 20, 2015 on Hotels
Looked a little sketchy when we first arrived, but were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Simple and suited us fine for what we needed for the night. My only disappointment was that I was under the impression of a little bit more in the breakfast area. There were just two kinds of cereal, bagels and danishes. A good choice for a brief overnight stay.

You get what you pay for

Posted Apr 17, 2015
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Rooms need a face lift
Location: Location is beside the highway and a bit dirty.
No airport pick-up, but after laughing at me on the phone they gave me the number of a taxi company. The room was old and showed it but was better than no room at all.
