Nice Hotel close to Koziers Village!

Staff very helpful advising to get to the village early As the road will back up. We did and we are glad that we listen to Kathaleen

Excellent hotel just bit away from town

Room is perfect and breakfast is great - no bar close by at night and town is 5- 10 mins away

Juan- We are thrilled that you liked the renovated guest rooms as well as the Express Smart Breakfast. Unfortunately we do not have a bar on the premises, however on your next visit I would recommend the bar/ restaurant is the local airport airport across the parking lot. Thank you !

Room was not very clean, air conditioner was very noisy and the filter looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the Nixon administration. Made reservations for 2 connecting rooms. Staff gave away one room without telling us, and when we arrived someone else was in the second room. Had to wait quite a while for them to figure out what they did, clueless. We finally got the second room, but it was three floors away. We were too tired by then to argue. Thank god we only stayed one night. Never again.

The hotel was understaffed and in need of comfortable beds. The one person at the front desk was very friendly, but had to manage the front desk by herself. Housekeeping was poor and the rooms were not that comfortable. Very basic accommodations and the location was inconvenient.

The hotel has just completed a major renovation and all the mattresses and box springs are brand new. Hopefully on your next visit we can located at set the better fits your personal preference. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Lobby was small and tight but the staff was fantastic.

With the new mandated Formula Blue hotel specification ,the lobby may seem a little smaller with the addition of the complimentary beverage station. Only problem I had with this room was the bathroom. Lighting was poor. Also did not like that the towels were hanging around the toilet. There was plenty of room for the towels to be placed elsewhere in the room.

very loud air conditioner, side outside door was damaged, sink plug was damaged so it wouldn't drain
