Lupe gave amazing customer service and attention to every need. Stay here if you can it’s amazing! The tunnel drive was seriously cool. "

"It’s an old hotel the pool was dirty and the locks on the door were iffy a whole wall is glass and the curtains don’t cover it all so I had to get creative to cover the rest as to not be seen but the hotel room was clean the tv only had 4 channels "

"Real de Catorce is a great town, but be aware that everywhere in town and including this hotel is on an incline. You will get a leg workout and it is at 8000ft. The room was great and the restaurant next to it was wonderful. The owners of the both businesses were very friendly."
