“As an operator of serviced accommodation in the UK, I understand the standards guests should reasonably expect from paid accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience at both the aparthotel and subsequently the Mercure Hotel fell significantly below those expectations. On arrival at the aparthotel, we found the studio apartment to be extremely basic. The bed, advertised as a double, appeared to be a small double and was inadequate for two adults. There was clearly sufficient space in the room……

“It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. “The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!”
