Great location, amazing breakfast, clean room and bathroom. Room a bit snug for 3 people, but most of the trip was spent outside, so it did not matter. Very comfortable beds.

What a crap, all only lies about their services!
Expedia says that "This Recife hotel also offers multilingual staff" - Hardly you will have a way to resolve things in a language other than PORTUGUESE. There was a problem, they said they don't find my reservation, so I had to call Expedia and the Expedia Agent even had a hard time to help them find my reservation. "and room service" - There is NO room service (note that even on their own website said that there is and the manager yelled at me, that there is no and that I shall be looking better on their website... until I showed her the TRUTH. Next day it was removed from THEIR websites, but continue here. "Porter/bellhop" - Don't expect to see one of them here. "Minibar" - Empty When I made my reservation on Expedia it said there even that they have a "ROOFTOP TERRACE" which never existed at this location and "AIRPORT TRANSFER" should be "FREE". The good thing is that the WIFI Internet is quite reliable. The only negative point with it is that you have to log in several times a day and it might interrupt you from writing your email without any warning.

You get what you pay for I suppose.!!
Imagine the hardest material in the world... then think of it being used to fill this hotels mattresses.There was constant building work while I was there, and not just in the hotel but all around it....and the Brazilians like to start early,with no real regard for guests or what time they may have got in the night before... Also,in this area, every apartment building is fitted with electronic security gates which will bleep very loudly when opening..Why don't I close the window,I hear you say.?...not a hope.. Night temps are still in high 20s to low 30s and although the rooms all have air con,mine seems to have been stuck at North Pole setting,so no happy medium... They make a big thing about there wi fi being free 24/7....well I know my maths is a bit rusty,but it's only on between 0630 and 2230....sure that's not 24.!!!..to be fair though when it was on it was pretty quick. There 24hr mini bar consists of a Coke machine in the lobby.They will also charge you 100 Reals( £20 ish) if they suspect you of having a crafty cigarette in your room...Breakfast consists of some..er...fruit.. Thats sums up breakfast then.. All in all,if you have to come to Recife, try to save a few more pounds and book something better... Did I forget to mention the nightlife..?... No,because there isn't any( that's nor the hotels fault though)... Finally, people speaking English here are virtually non existent... Try to brush up your Portuguese before you go... I'll start you off..Cuervaja = beer...
And maybe give swimming a miss if you value your legs...!

If you have to stay in Recife, this place is okay
I had to stay in this hotel because my friend and I got stranded in Recife after flooding and TAM Airlines did nothing for us. It is a safe hotel with nothing too spectacular. It has everything you need to get some sleep and be safe in a city that is a little sketch. Go to the restaurant across the street and a BBQ option. It is one of the best steaks I have ever had.

Cheap and cheerful
This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". It is a perfectly adequate place to spend a night or two. Clean, with comfortable beds, good wifi (despite other reviews- although you do have to keep logging in every time your phone goes to sleep), and all the facilities you would expect for this price range. Staff were cheerful and helpful, with some English. Breakfast was a fairly good spread of cereals, fruit, patisserie, cheese and ham, with reasonable coffee.

Disappointed.
Although well located and a great airport shuttle service, the reception area and nice breakfast is about the best of this hotel. Humming, vibrating air conditioners or something else made sleep almost impossible. Internet did not work in the rooms. It's only weak slow dial up. Staff nice, but that is always the case around Brasil because everyone is nice. We would have moved but the choices in this area are few. We were relieved to get on the shuttle to the airport.

Pela localização, poderia ser o melhor duas estrelas do Brasil. Estão fazendo uma reforma no acesso a recepção. Eu, botaria elevador de última geração. Cama Box/King. Decoração moderna nos quartos. Seria uma sensação… pena que não vão fazer!

Hotel está passando por reforma. Mas um pouco de capricho melhoraria sem gastar dinheiro . Falta capricho da gestão . Tv estava torta na parede , pra mim representa relaxo , pois não gera custo e mesmo assim há interesse em arrumar . Ralo do banheiro estava entupido . Como ponto forte fica o café da manhã maravilhoso e os funcionários da recepçãoe cozinha . Parabéns 👏

O hotel não tem estacionamento e na rua é bem difícil encontrar vaga disponível. O quarto não estava bem limpo e não oferece conforto algum.

Hotel bom, porém pode melhorar…
O hotel tem uma ótima localização, pois é próximo da praia de boa viagem, em uma região nobre de recife, tbm tem um bicicletário próximo da praia. Possui tbm um café da manhã muito bom, com pães variados, bolos doces e tapiocas feitas na hora. Porem, tenho alguma observações sobre o quarto: Não possuem espelho no quarto que pudéssemos observa o corpo todo, só possui um espelho pequeno no banheiro. O vaso sanitário ou o ralo do banheiro sobem um cheiro forte de esgoto, então o que torna muito perceptível ao entrar no quarto. Não possui água no fregobar, o que torna o consumo durante a estadia mto ruim, tendo que descer pra comprar.
