Mediocre management

Pros: The staff was very courteous
Cons: Change the management of the hotel, change the regional management as well. If the regional management is not aware of the hotel conditions, change it
In short, hotel is overrated. a. No functional beach in front or near the hotel b. Furniture is old. No investments in the last ten years c. Very poor internet speed d. In the lobby, the toilets did not function properly (one did not lock for privacy, the other did not flush) e. Of the nine days I stayed at this hotel, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. I paid for a hotel with a functioning pool f. When I spoke with the hotel manager, she claimed that it is a five star hotel. My call... maybe a three at best. g. The towels were old, worn out In conclusion, all that is happening in this hotel (Mercure Atlantic - Boa Viagem) is a reflection on the mediocre management at the local level. I happen to lead a multinational of more than six thousand employees. I do know that by accepting this management performance at the local level is a reflection on the Executive Management of the Accor Hotels group. My conclusion? You could do a lot better for the same money.

Location: The beach is in front of the Hotel.
Next to the beach, malls and the city attractions! Staffs are helpful and the breakfast was amazing.

New owners taken away it's charm

One problem after another. An extremely stressful stay. Accor, the new owners, appear to have cut the hotels budgets in an effort to take cost out. It's true Brazilian charm has gone. The Night and Day piano bar has lost its beautiful black piano which has been desecrated with child like painted symbols and moved to the lobby. The indoor fountain no longer reaches any great height and the ac appears to have been turned down. Two different cultures exist among the old and new staff. The latter lack the most basic training and quite frankly fail to perform the most basic tasks and should be avoided. Practically every request we made brought an issue with it. The desk clerk for some unknown reason cancelled our Expedia booking which included breakfast when we checked in and reinstated it minus breakfast. Arriving for breakfast the next morning we were challenged by the restaurant manager. We were told we had to pay. After explaining to reception what the check-in clerk had done we were told she was new. They expected us to pay for her mistake! We changed rooms because the bathroom door wouldn't close. The replacement room had a broken toilet seat and sockets that didn't work. We asked for room service. The menu referred to a wine list. We rang to ask where we could find the wine list. "We have it here, let me tell you what we have because we don't have many of those listed in the menu" We asked for a Nespresso machine. It arrived without coffee pods and the wrong plug.

Pros: Heated pool. Food was good. View of ocean and beach from rooftop pool.
Cons: Hotel upkeep. They had to fix the air condition and hot water while I was there and bathroom mirror should be replaced.
Location: not much
Heated pool was nice. However, beach is only good at low tide and one should go farther up the street to a better beach spot to play in the sand or to go swimming. Good service however, restaurant portions were small and expensive.

Location: Hotel direkt an Strandpromenade. Nahe Flughafen (nur ca. 5km). Shoppingzentrum ebenfalls ums Eck.
Modernes Hotel, große Zimmer mit zwei Kingsizebetten. Pool mit super Aussicht auf dem Dach.

Pros: Localização e ambientação.
Cons: Equipe mais engajada e apesar dos transtornos resolver com velocidade demonstrando isso.
Location: feirinha, bares e lanchonetes e beira mar belissima defronte.
a hopedagem foi boa, porém o check in demorou mais de 40 min, janela no quarto não parava de assobiar com o vento e o chuveiro era de lua para vir água quente.

A localização é excelente. Ao chegar, fomos conduzidos eu e minha esposa para o quarto 1207. Ao entrarmos o cheiro de mofo era insuportável. Minha esposa tem asma, e já começou a se sentir mal. Liguei para o número 9, recepção, expliquei o problema e me disseram que em cinco minutos alguém nos trocaria de quarto. Depois de 30 minutos no corredor do hotel, sem que ninguém de dignasse a nós atender, desci e ao chegar na recepção, ninguém sabia que eu havia pedido para trocar de quarto. Ao trocar de quarto, esqueci a bombinha que minha esposa utiliza, no quarto anterior. Liguei e o funcionário me disse que pediria a governança para procurar. Ninguém fez contacto conosco. Para não estragar meu lazer, fui na farmácia e comprei outra. No quarto que ficamos, o 1211, o cheiro era menor, porém, também tinha um cheiro forte de mofo. Por dois dias, trocaram as toalhas de banho, mas esqueceram as de rosto. Enfim, uma tristeza. Muito ruim. Espero nunca mais hospedar-me nessa rede e nem indico para ninguém. Em tempo, também fui comunicado que a minha reserva não tinha direito a café da manhã, ao ligar para a empresa ( Expedia), o funcionário da mesma me disse que esse tipo de hospedagem dava o direito ao café da manhã. Ligou para o hotel e o gerente lhe disse que provasse que a reserva tinha sido com o café da manhã que ele daria. A Expedia não tinha nada documentado e muito menos eu. Paguei pelo café da manhã. Deprimente. Alexandre Chamma.

Pros: Localização e limpeza
Cons: Os elevadores estavam sempre com problemas, sempre tinham dois parados em manutenção e a reposição de toalhas nos quartos.
Hotel muito bom e com equipe educada e atenciosa. Problemas apenas com os elevadores, sempre dois em manutenção. O serviço de Valet é eficiente mas por duas vezes o carro me foi entregue de manhã com o banco totalmente rebaixado como se alguém tivesse dormido a noite no carro. Por diversas vezes o serviço de quarto não repôs as toalhas de rosto. O café da manhã é muito bom mas chegue cedo porque alguns itens não tinha reposição.
