A/C did not work. The entry door did not lock. The room was dirty. The only good think about the property is that it is on the beach.

This is not a 4 star property . For Americans, it’s a 2 star property . Staff don’t really speak English and don’t really know what service means. Breakfast is below average. The beach is gross and essentially washed out. There isn’t much nearby in terms of restaurants or other places to visit.
Decent hotel, but it could be much better with minor improvements: the matress is not good, the sheets were old, stained and not comfortable, and there was too much light on the room in the morning (the window blinds would not do the job).
Food average, wifi doesn't work at all an the music plays all night Friday an Saturday so forget about sleep if you need it then nights!!
It was very nice. The hotel employees were all very nice, pleasant, willing to help and accommodating. The hotel general areas were very clean and the rooms were also clean and neat. The lighting in the room was nice but not enough for night reading. We requested additional lighting and they were glad to provide additional lighting, which was very nice for my husband and I who are nightly readers. The only thing that was not as pleasant were the roads that one has to take to get to the hotel - too many holes on the pavement, which obviously is not the hotel's fault.
