"The staff, front desk, breakfast room, housekeeping all top notch. Room was a handicap room, bathroom had walk in shower, that we requested. The faucet in the shower could not regulate the hot water...maintenance came, but never worked properly. Also, no closet..we were there 8 nights, used kitchenette cupboards for clothes. The property shows signs of deterioration due to humidity with patches of molding in the ceiling and under the door to the balcony. Poor in general! A 2 star property in a 5 star location."
