Beware of this hotel (Callao location) 80 USD were stolen today from my luggage while hotel staff kept my bags in a "safe place" on the 2nd floor after I check-out and went outside to have lunch. Very unapologetic person at reception when I called to complain. Absolutely appalling and unacceptable situation for such an establishment. Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, etc..

As we discussed over the telephone, when you called us from the airport to let us know that you couldn't find your money, we checked our cameras and we read the deposit lock and there was no indication that someone has entered there. We are sorry that you didn´t let us know you need to use our safe box to leave your money or other valuable things. We really expect you can find your money or remember if you used it before you arrived at the airport. We remain at your disposal and we hope you enjoyed the rest of the stay at CasaSur recoleta. Wonderful Staff, Clean Rooms, Great Location

Pros: The people, the location, the rooms.
Location: The location has some great cafes nearby. The cemetery and Floreria Atlantico were our two favorite trips in the neighborhood.
I brought my family to Buenos Aires for a business trip. We stayed over the weekend. The staff were unbelievably hospitable to us. They played with our kids, joked with us, told us about the neighborhood, and were attentive to our needs. We felt like we were staying wth close friends. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Simply the best

This hotel is a charming place in a great location. I have been traveling for business for over 30 years and I can say the staff here are the kindest, most helpful, and professional I've ever seen. If you come to Buenos Aires I would recommend Casasur.

Loved Casasur Recoleta. Small hotel, but had a little restaurant bar and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Most spoke English and were happy to assist with directions, recommendations, reservations and transportation. Excellent location in Recoleta and they bumped us up to a suite with a separate living room and two bathrooms. Since there aren't a lot of US brand hotels in BA, the selection was something of a guess, but we couldn't have been happier.
