Do not recommend...horrible experience!!!Posted Sep 8, 2015
Horrible experience....was told at check in that my card was not being charged that they were just putting on file....false, not only authorized for full stay they processed it immediately. Then get to the room and there is barely a 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no dishes or cups/glasses, one partially used small tube of shampoo and a bar of soap. Stains all over rug and bedding, shower curtain rod broken so shower curtain didn't stay closed, headboard had some sticky splatter, holes in wall but best was a toss up between the zero ventilation in the stairwell and hallway and what appeared to be mice feces in the bed our last morning. I approached house keeping for toilet paper, towels and shampoo but was told " no comprende" then I complained to the front desk but kept being told that rooms are only cleaned once a week and that if you need towels you need to bring dirty ones to the front desk in order to get clean ones.when I let them here how I was breathing as a result of the non existent ventilation system they just looked at me. Manager conveniently hasn't been in. I called and spoke to the front desk today and got the last woman I complained to who told me that she was going to see what she could do to compensate me and she told me that they are refunding me a whole $51 of my 3 night stay. The place is disgusting and it's no wonder it was not only a minimum of 20% less than other hotels in the area but the only one with availability at their rates on Labor Day Weekend.

NOT GOOD...Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: the young woman that worked the front desk during our stay.
Cons: how well the rooms are cleaned
upon arrival to the room we began to notice things there was crumbs around the tv,stains and spots on the counter top. The fridge was splattered all down the front of the door. There were chips in the a/c.One of the wall lamps was falling off the wall, the blankets had cigarette burns. We moved a bed to use the wall outlet and there was coins on the floor under the bed. There was drug paraphernalia on the floor of the elevator. We had a second room that had just as many things wrong including what looked like blood splatter on the ceiling.

Trying to save moneyPosted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: The price, the location, the windows opened, WiFi, kitchen and a desk.
Cons: Service, in-room coffee, pool, fitness room, updated not-beat-up furniture.
Not the worst hotel I have stayed at,but the service was close. Considering folks who stay here are staying for an extended period of time, one would think that the staff would be attentive; at least be at the desk when you call instead of hanging out outside the front door smoking, chatting with a friend, or playing with a large doberman who appeared to be tied up outside. I love dogs, but not at the front door of where I am paying money to sleep for the evening. When I asked the person who was not at the front desk after repeated calls, when I physically had to go downstairs to track her down, about dishes, etc.....she (without a word) turned around, went outback, and pushed a rubbermaid-type storage container at me. The girl who checked me in was lovely, those who took over when she went home were not. The next morning when i asked about a late checkout, I was told that I wouldn't be charged if I sent in a good survey. The only time I send a good survey is when it is deserved, not as part of a bargain.

Serves the purposePosted Aug 18, 2015
Spacious enough. God to have a full kitchen. Have to ask for everything you need in the room, though. No gym or pool. So, consider needs/wants in advance. Staff was very gracious. Appreciated that.

Over all the stay was nice. The wait to check in was very long, one person was working the desk. The information they asked guests to check seemed a it redundant with a normal hotel check-in. The staff was very friendly. But the hotel itself was expensive for the state of what the hotel looked like inside. Also, the fan in the bathroom when on smelled like it was sucking in someone's room that was smoking. We stayed in a non-smoking room. I would compare this hotel to a motel stay but way more expensive $224 was not worth it!!
