I wanted to stay in a king size bed, however the Hotel indicated that my reservation was for a double queen size, I indicated that a king size bed would be preferable, they had a very difficult time accommodating me, because I made my reservations through hotels.com. The television did not work, and the phone was out of order

We always encourage guests to contact management as soon as a problem arises so we can address it immediately.
