Hotel took my money earlier in the payment process, nowhere did it say before I paid that I needed to provide a security deposit, it was only after payment was made, and my receipt shows that my statement is accurate . I will never stay at this Hotel because they are stealing money, and refuse to refund so I'm ready to consider taking this further

This information is posted on every third-party booking sites. The hotel's website also states that there is a 150 security deposit required at check-in. This information is posted so that guest are aware that there is a deposit required upon check-in.

We were to in NJ for a family event and needed a room last minute. I booked through Expedia then went to the property. Even though it was close to midnight the check in process went smoothly and we were able to go to the room right away. It was a nice comfortable stay.

The bathroom did not have enough towels for 2 people, but since I stayed by myself I had just enough. I would have requested more if I had a guest with me.

Expedia was awful for referring me here. The service was horrible. The towels were filthy and dingy. They were not accommodating. Staff was very rude. I would not want my worst enemy to go here. No one in the world should have such an unpleasant stay and pay for it. The room is extremely small there’s no walk room. There was barely room for your luggage. And the free breakfast is disgusting.

I accidentally made a booking almost 3 weeks out and they refused to refund me although I made a second booking for the correct date. The TV remote in my room was sticky to the touch and obviously not cleaned. The shower looked old and dirty. Funny how such a shotty hotel has the gall to be inflexible and its subpar at best.

The toilet did not flush in our room. We had to remove the top of the tank and pull the plug each time. The toilet was also leaking around the base. The hem of my pajama pant was wet with toilet water. Nice, hunh??

My stay there was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had to experience on a vacation. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, after being bitten all over our arms, backs, legs and necks, I found a bed bug under me when I woke up. I let the front desk know and asked for a refund for just the last night that we were not staying. When I told the lady at the front desk that we had been bitten and found bed bugs in the bed all she gave me a half butt apology, no concern for their customers health at all. Then I was told since we made the reservation through a 3rd party (Expedia) that we would have to call them. I called them and they tried to get a refund for me but was told that if we have an early check out, that the hotel will charge us more! This place also charged me for my emotional support dog. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it needs to be condemned!
