When I booked from Expedia it said the check out time is noon. On the day of check out the staff said it was 11:00. This of course made is check out late. did the staff inform me when I checked in? No. Anyway, we wanted to us the whirlpool and when we got to the pool area the whirlpool was closed. There was no sign but someone had put caution tape on the rails. Did the staff inform us? No. they also didn't tell us what time was breakfast when we checked in. We found the information on the fridge. One other bad thing is that we booked a two bedroom two bathroom and only one room was cleaned. Hotel staff only made the bed, replaced towels and took out garbage for one bedroom. I never had this bad experience when staying in a two bedroom. Both bedrooms and bathrooms should be clean. Oh yeah... We went don't stairs to get breakfast at 9:00 and the waffle mix was out but they never refilled it. Breakfast was lame. We ended up making our own breakfast on our last day. I've never given a hotel bad reviews but I felt this one deserved it. I wouldn't stay here again.
