Soul-less hotel in an industrial wasteland

Not exactly what I expected from a Sheraton hotel. In fact, this is probably the worst one that I have stayed in. The room and general decor were drab/dated. The bar area was OK, but the restaurant menu was very basic. Opted for the fish and chips on my one meal there, and it was very rubbery.
Apart from the actual hotel itself, the area is awful. If I didn't have to go to Eatontown due to work, I would never go back. In fact, when I do go back next for work, I'll be staying somewhere nicer such as Red Bank or Asbury Park.

Thank for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Just to let you know, the property will be undergoing a room renovation beginning in the next few weeks. The room product will be updated with a fresh and modern look. The property does have complimentary shuttle service that goes to Pier Village in Long Branch that has a lively nightlife and fabulous restaurants. I'd like to invite you back to give us another try on a future trip. Thank you again.
