I stayed for 2 nights and both nights my bathroom sink did not drain, after they said it was fixed. The phone lines were down all day and the WiFi was bad too. I expected a lot better from the Sheraton.

Everything was great. My only complaint was that house keeping knocked on my door at 9:30am and again at 10. They did the same thing to my cousins room and theu walked in on them.

Fine for an overnight
This hotel was fine for my one night stay. It was clean and service was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance so if that's a reason you're chossing this hotel it was a good reminder to call and check on those amenities in advance. The water pressure in the shower was ridiculously low, and I was on the first floor. So overall? fine. but all water related things, poor.

I booked a king size bedroom and when u got there they didn’t have it available, I had to stay in a double queen size bed

Don't allow refunds neither for breakfast
I got sick and couldn't go and the hotel didn't want to refund me neither the breakfast that I paid separately! I knew the hotel was non-refundable and that Saturday the room was very expensive. Still I booked it and paid extra to have breakfast. The hotel didn't want to refund me anything. Neither the breakfast wee didn't eat
