IT WAS A VERY NICE LOCATION AND THE OUTSIDE OF BUILDING WAS NICE, UNTIL YOU GOT INTO ROOM. THE BED MADE US ITCH , THE NOISE WAS SO LOUD AND COULDNT SLEEP DUE TO THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE. THE BATHROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL

Low end which I knew it wasn't the Hilton however breakfast was a joke staff was never to be seen or found they live on the premises so they're always in their " house" rather than manning their hotel.

Wi-fi sucks no connection, tv did'nt work,

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Manager attitude, fix wi-fi and tv.
Manager no help, did'nt care. Asked him if he ever bothered to call service to fix problems. No answer.

Nice, safe and easy place to stay

Thick towels, clean room, microwave, refrigerator, quiet location on backside from freeway, easy access, plenty of parking, safe location.

POOR EXPEDIA REPRESENTAION

Cons: The Expedia reservation should have an 'alert' that you're booking a smoking room
Location: Great truck stop view ---- things to do? walk over to the truck stop and see all the accesories you can buy for your truck
Without realizing it I booked a smoking room ----The Expedia reservation should have an 'alert' that you're booking a smoking room , I would guess that most of your guests are non-smokers - and this created quite an unpleasant experience on check in.

ok. bed way to hard. no mocrowave. breakfast was great for what it offered. sraff, very nice.
