cheap and large room and bed but the room is dirty and smell. The AC is loud but keeps the room warm. The door key doesn't work and the area is unsafe with a few homeless people hanging around Deny next door and in the parking lot. For an extra 10 or $20/night, I would stay elsewhere.

Mold and filthy! Had an allergic reaction within a day and morning with being unable to breathe, throat was closing!! Unclean & unhealthy environment!

Not the best but we survived.
We just needed a place to crash on our long drive down to SoCal. Definitely should have paid a little more to stay somewhere else. Only received one key and no other paperwork at check in. Thankfully I remembered the room number I was told. Not positive the bathroom was cleaned because there was still a razor from the prior guest. The window was wide open when we got into the room so it was freezing. There was no screen on the window. The tv and cable box were all unplugged and unattached. Parking lot is very well lit so it helped not feeling so sketchy. Front desk was friendly but no one was available the next morning when we were ready to check out.

Everywhere smells of smoke
We asked for non smoking room and it was definitely not. The room smelled so strong all our clothes smell leaving.

Nice place to stay
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable lots of pillows! They had k cup maker in room for morning coffee which was nice. The only thing that was wrong was the TV was broken and we had to switch rooms then that TV was broken. Weekly rate made it affordable.

Right on the river and close to Main Street, this lodge is a great value for the money. Also has a pool, which was not used this visit.

We rolled into Red Bluff in the early evening. The drive was extremely hot, with temperatures around 110 degrees. When we entered the room, it was like an oven. We cranked up the air conditioner as high as it could go and went to sleep. Mid morning we woke up to a very chilly room. I didn't expect the room to be cool, but keeping the air conditioner on low would have worked. Also, the TV was complicated. Staff instructed us to pull the TV away from the enclosure and punch a button on the back. This should not be necessary. Aside, from that, the room was spacious and clean.

The handle on the toilet is broken off and one towel rack is missing. There was only one set of towels. The tub was slippery. There were only 2 pillows and no extra blanket.

Staff were friendly, but the room was not clean. Could not get ice, as no bucket or ice, bed sheets too small, not enough towels. But it was cheap, so we put up with it for 1 night. Would not come again though.

Door was mis-aligned and extremely hard to close, bed too soft, air conditioner was noisy and didn't cool the room well, no coffee either in room or in the lobby (during check-in, clerk stated that both were available).

We only had to spend one night. Bed was clean and fine. Pool was great. But room was pretty dingy, hole in bathroom wall, no coffee in he room and no breakfast as advertised. Would not go again.

Dont waste your time
The room was supposed to have a king size bed and 2 queens and it didnt. There were three queens which whatever...they were beds and accommodated my family. There was no breakfast even though it says there is a continental breakfast. The room was a SAUNA. It didn't cool down until almost 3 in the morning. The towels were stained. The beds weren't very comfortable. Not worth the money....

Upon my arrival a guest at desk was demanding refund after immediately finding his room too dirty to stay. Then at my check in I stated I would try to stay because property fits our needs. I found toe nail clippings on carpet. Molded bathroom and airconditioner. Suspicious substance in drawer. Coffee maker molded! Manager asked me to allow another cleaning. I went to pool and it was dirty. Other guests openly loud without resolve from management. I went to check out and manager refused to document my early check out. I told him I don't want refund but I need documentation that I exited property 4 days early and refused me! He failed to offer receipt for $100 deposit. Cost me more than $1000. Skid row stuff here.

Needs to clean the outside!
I checked in and asked for a bottom floor room. He said you paid for what your get. Top floor middle.There were 5 cars on the whole lot! The inside of the room was clean but outside is covered in cobwebs. The stairs were littered with blackened foil, cigarettes butts, prophylactic packages. It looks like it had never been swept or cleaned. I stayed there last November while on a trip and it was much cleaner. Too bad as it has a good location, downtown and facing the river.

The rooms are very old and had an odd smell when first checked it. luckily was able the open the windows and doors and let the fresh air in. the swimming pool area is nice.
