Two Night Conference Stay

We were attending a conference at another hotel but booked a room at the Baymont Inn to save money. The stay was peaceful, comfortable, staff friendly & accommodating, with a hot breakfast included. But the thing that impressed me the most was when I attempted to login to the public computers in the lobby and went to the desk for assistance a man standing in front of the desk asked if I needed something. When I told him of my problem he went to the computers, crawled under the desk to jiggle wires, and didn't give up until he had the computer operational. A few moments later the desk clerk came over and asked me if everything was okay, telling me that the person who had just helped me was the owner of the hotel. No wonder that the staff are accommodating when they have leadership like that.
