Bad for travellers with pets!

Cons: To much to list... clean it up, renovate the rusted shower
The website does not disclose that a pet is only permitted in certain rooms. Paying more for a room upgrade, e. g. Courtyard and one queen bed is not Actually available and the money we paid more was wasted. More importantly, the room we were given is not very clean, facing out the roof Top with blinking lights all night, that will not let you sleep even with blinds Pulled. The TV is an old tube system that makes it difficult to figure out. And overall was looking forward to a nice relaxing stay and spend more, Only to be frustrated by hotel policies (additional hold on credit card) and Huge disappointment in the quality of the room. Lots in old, rough shape. With the blinking lights did not sleep much. So never again! Travel lots for Dog shows, this is the worst room I had in a long time.

Nice and quiet, very restful. Staff I see top notch for service and the free breakfast is very good

Nice quiet

Pros: Courtyard
Cons: Hot water
Location: Hospital, downtown
Beautiful place with a lush sunny courtyard in the middle. Lovely eating out there either breakfast buffet (good basics) or dinner buffet. Also small but enough. Great service. Room is large. Faced trees which was lovely. Many room face the courtyard which is also lovely but I'm too claustrophobic for that.

Staff was not helpful. The pool area was a nice area. Glad I was only there for one day.

Everything was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the pool!

Old but ok

Pros: quiet, decent location
Cons: updating and renovations
Older hotel, a little run-down. Could use some renovations. Hottub was just a tank of hot water, no benches/seats. Salt water. parking lot was empty when I pulled in. Place had overall creepy feel to it.

Tired looking hotel

the carpets throughout the hotel are old and dirty looking. in our room they were stained everywhere. The carpet in the restaurant is very grungy looking. The buffet breakfast was ok but there were dirty glasses in the clean tray and the toaster was missing tongs and was missing the bottom tray.

Best sleep in a hotel

My stay was not for a vacation but to say goodbye to my mom. The staff were so helpful with making an additional room reservation for me and even went over and above my expectations to provide a room beside mine. The beds are so comfortable that even during a difficult time it was restful. The rooms in the tower are large and spacious It was also a treat to have a warm breakfast waiting in the morning. I can't thank the staff for their kindness and professionalism, especially the front desk girls. 😊 thank you
