Well located with great customer service...

Pros: Coffee available from the moment you entered the hotel with fresh cookies The breakfast room was so nice with deep comfy chairs and I so loved it.
Cons: A chocolate on the pillow was the only thing missing from the room. The food was pretty good although the eggs lacked seasoning. With the cheese ok.
Location: Location was great. Most of my time was spent in the south end. Great shops and food in the area.
Had a lovely stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Spent two nights there. Room was very clean, had an extra blanket on the bed per my request. Complimentary coffee ready at all hours as well as in your room. Breakfast included was more than expected, Choices of hot cooked eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, bagels, english muffins, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal, fresh fruit, juices, tea, coffee etc. Lots to choose from, hot, fresh and available from 6-10. Very friendly staff, happy to help in any way.

Nice and quiet.

Pros: Quiet and clean.
Cons: Bed could be softer.
The Hampton is one of the quietest hotels in the Red Deer area. The staff was friendly and the decor was nice and new. The bed was a little hard, but that is really my only complaint.

Great place to stay!!!

From the moment we checked in the front desk staff was fantastic! They were quick to call us a taxi on two separate occasions that night & gave great recommendations of good restaurants open later. Breakfast was really good! Lots of variety & got pleasant "good mornings" from any staff we encountered. The beds & pillows were super comfy!!! Water pressure in shower was kind of weak but overall our stay was awesome!

Only complaint was that our room was too hot. hard to sleep until it was turned down.

Nice newer hotel,

Pros: Everything really, no complaints, very comfortable and well equiped, comfy beds too.
Cons: Nothing,
Location: Very central.
Friendly helpfull staff, comfortable, clean well equiped room and a great brakfast buffet nook. Enjoyed my brief stay, and left feeling well rested.

We rented 2 rooms for ourselves and our two boys. Both rooms very very large and comfortable.
