Pull out couch was broken lights flickered in the bathroom and bedroom.
Room above was walking around all night making it hard to sleep.

If kids are allowed to play hockey in the hallways and the guests are disrupted. Staff didn't seem to be able to understand the needs of the patrons staying Friday night.I will not be back to this location again, 3rd time that the hotel couldn't handle some of the younger patrons. I have stayed in hotels where its posted in hallways NO RUNNING!

Staff at check in were not helpful and check in took over an hour. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The couch was covered in dirt and hair. Headboard was even dirty. I know the hotel is showing it’s age but I stay in a lot of hotels and some older but always clean.

I felt so comfortable being at this hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend others to stay there. I also want to say I appreciate Julie for her positive vibe. It was great and made me smile when she was on shift.

Well my bath tub wasn’t cleaned properly and had someone try to open my door from outside about 7 am in the morning, until they noticed i was still in room and then left I'm not sure if it was staff or someone staying at the hotel... Other than these little inconvenience it was pretty good I liked my stay overall.

The rooms are very old looking, very cold in the room, lighting was horrible it always flickering. The staff was friendly, but this hotel needs updating bad.

There is no baffles in the pool so it is beyond noisy. There are no chairs in the pool area for adults.
There were no towels in the pool area so we had to call for same.
The pillows ratio was inadequate for four sleepers. So we asked for three more.
There was only one single small blanket for the pull out bed, my daughter and granddaughter were shivering all night.
There were two dogs (dash hounds) that made noise cons.

This property is really run down. Needs an overhaul. Staff not too friendly at times, small choice for snacks, tiny pool area with no seating to actually supervise your kids. Rooms smelled old and smoky like the hotel is a smoking hotel. Arrived after check in time and room wasn’t ready yet. I guess you do get what you pay for.

The hot tub was dirty and very small altogether with the pool the are was very small. The elevator was very slow, had to take the stairs only to find the stairs door wasn't working! Breakfast was not included.

Room 340 needed work. Bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Hook was ripped off bathroom door. Otherwise, large room, well laid out (except for closet door right behind room door, really inconvenient). I guess okay for the price.
