Clean, courteous staff, easy access

Pros: It was in an accessible to all areas of the city but with no high traffic volume. Room was sufficient and clean. Cost was affordable.
Cons: The continental breakfast should have someone available to check on the level of food and cleanliness. There are people who don't want to clean behin
Looks like it's in a rough neighbour hood but was a quiet stay. This may have been due to not being many guests there. Some access doors didn't work to get back inside. Staff were very courteous and helpful when required.

Our side door keypads have been cleaned, and also staff have been notified to to be sure to program keys for side entrances while checking in our Guests. Our Breakfast room is being focused on, and we have implemented a more close attention on the Guests comfort there. We hope to host you again at Super 8.

Nothing special. It is a good, nice hotel near to the area I needed to visit to. That's it.

red deer hotel

Pros: price and parking
Cons: friendlier staff , better breakfast and cleaner rooms.
Location: lots of restaurants close by
price was decent , parking was good , staff not friendly , room not overly clean and not much for breakfast.

The biggest problem was general uncleanliness, and the bed spread had cigarette burns in it. I guess that's what you get for the cheap price.

Just needed a place to stay close to a next day appt. Place was in shambles..renos, they said.Room key did not work in door, housekeeper (very helpful) got us a new one and changed our room. Desk staff busy talking on cell phones, did not give me a wake up call, which I asked for. Definitely felt that staff were not interested, will not stay there again.
