"Staff was not accommodating. When i booked room i asked for handicap plus near elevators. I was told no problem.My sister and i both on oxygen and use walkers so walking too far is a struggle! Was told they only had one room available in wolf tower. Down long hallway then up to 7th floor and all the way to end of hall room 740. No sense in requesting a. Room if i wasnt 3hrs away i would have gone home. "

"It needed attention-counters were not clean and had crumbs of food on them-tablecloth was dirty-bathroom was not wiped-stains on furniture etc. On the plus side, the beds were great!There were no trash/recycle bins outside. We didn’t know what to do with dirty towels!?Also there were some tripping hazards that should have been marked. "
