“The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. So nice and helpful. The room itself was the issue. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling in front of the vent, and the vent itself was very dirty. The carpet felt wet, and really the whole room had a wet, damp feeling. Our feet/socks were filthy after walking on the carpet. Pretty disappointing for such an expensive room! We will not be back.”

“I really expected the beds to be more comfortable than they were. We have stayed in a Home2 that had some very comfortable beds and we were hoping for the same at this location.”

“The room smelled terribly musty, the carpet and bedding felt wet, and the carpet throughout the space beyond the front lounge desperately needs replacing. The staff was lovely.”

“A very nice place to stay. Very convenient location. Staff was great, breakfast was great & the room was very clean. Was not a big fan of the pillows on the bed. This will be our home away from home when we are in Bloomington.”

“不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。”

“This is our second stay in the past two years. The staff was very friendly and the room started off very clean. Our only complaint was that after the fourth night, we still had no one clean the room. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and kleenexes. We were able to find a cleaning person and she gave us everything we needed. The trash cans were also overflowing.”

“Long dark hairs in sink and tub, pile of debris on bathroom floor, bathroom sink did not drain, deadbolt not functional and security latch was barely attached. Had to wait for front desk at check in and check out. Relayed issues to gal at check out who didn't seem interested and didn't make a note of any of the concerns.”
