“The staff is amazing! Everything else was broken, dirty, or bad. Let’s start with broken: one elevator, the back door to get into hotel from parking lot, the pool, the tile in my bathroom and the drain in my tub. Now onto dirty: the floor in my hotel room had stains and the furniture needs to be updated. The bad: I changed rooms twice in two different stays to avoid a room that smelled like mildew and had windows that leaked. The breakfast was very sad with watery powder eggs, cold bacon, and……

However, the plastic sheeting and prior notification of what I would see was appreciated and very helpful.
