Earth friendly hotel

Pros: Earth friendly, lagoon with water effects, fire pits, and very comfy bed.
Cons: Prices at the restaurant were a bit high for small town.
Location: We were there for son's athletic event, but Lassen Natl. Park and all things Shasta are great.
Most earth friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. Very neat, and unique feel and setting.

No comfortable chair in rooms. Lots of trouble with toilet flushing. Heater too close to bed. 2 story facility with no elevator. Restaurant is terrible. Stayed twice Probably wouldn't again.

The best hotel in Anderson area. We always stay because of the privacy, big and comfy room and we will come back again.

Expected more from a place with spa in their name

I was going from Sacramento to medford and it was late at night, I had been traveling from paris so already a long day. All I wanted was nice soaking tub or even just a shower worthy of the name spa and a comfy warm bed. The shower was run of the mill water saver, the bed sheets were like sandpaper (clearly very old) and the room was cold. I turned up the thermostat and it got warm but overnight it reset itself so by am it was cold again.

Better than most in area and much quieter

Good hotel. Since there are no 4 or 5 star hotels in Redding area this is as good as it gets. It's nice to be a little ways from run down Redding down town where you can breathe. The grounds at hotel are nice. Gym doesn't open until 8am which sucks when need to workout early.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Hotel was affordable and had good amenities. My only complaint would be the TV. It had like 100 channels but no guide to see what was on and the volume would only go to a certain level which was not loud at all and I am a little hard of hearing. It would also be nice if the TV came off the wall and/or would swivel.
