Unfortunately they were working on the water both days. I had to call for a plunger. Not my norm for a nice hotel. Also the bathroom had no counter or table to put anything down...the small silver tray slanted down so if you put anything on it, it rolled to the floor. Other than that ...great dark out curtains and mattress.

Property and staff were good but water was shut off from 1 pm to 4 pm on 1/12 and restaurant was shut down for Lunch,Dinner and room service till 1/21/24. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Not sure if I will use Hilton Garden Inn or Expedia in the future.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We had suffered a fairly major water leak in our first floor hallway and needed to shut down the water for a few hours to repair. It was then discovered that our hot water source for our kitchen was not working. Due to Hilton standards and health concerns we had to shut down out kitchen for any hot foods. We were able to offer our continental Breakfast only for the weekend. We did finally get the part needed to fix this issue and are running back at 100%. We are very sorry to hear that this has turned you off from staying at any Hilton Garden Inn's, however we do hope that in the future you allow us to show you we are a great place to stay. Thank you for your feedback. It is through all feedback that we learn and grow as a team and a hotel. We hope you have a great day.

I had a decent stay, the room was perfectly located on the property for my needs,I was in and out visiting family in a nearby care facility, also close to everything. The park like setting is beautiful. The shower was amazing, great water pressure! Downside, as a woman traveling alone, I was not given a map, although I asked specifically about where I should park and which entrance to use. It was dark when I checked in, so it took a bit of work to find my room. Room was mostly clean, but the sheets were icky. I pulled them all off and turned up the heater. No extra blanket either. So yeah, for the price, not a great experience.

I've stayed here many times over the years as I fish the Lower Sacramento river and Trinity river quite often. It's always been good and I like the staff very much. By now, however, the rooms, incl ventilation, probably need a "look over". I stayed in 321, the air quality was very bad, and I got serious problems with congestion.

Not the Hilton you want to stay at.
For a Hilton, you would expect a cleaner room. We had hair in the shower, and dirty tissues stuffed into the tissue box. That’s gross. Pretty low for a company like Hilton. When we asked for a new tissue box, the staff was really nice and got it for us right away…

What we didn't like was that they had a hotel safe and we needed to use it but no one on duty knew the combo so we could use it. We had a very valuable item and needed to lock it up since our room had no personal safe. Maybe for what you charge for the rooms, they could at least supply us a personal safe? Also, no vending machines by the ice machine. Would have stopped by a store if we had known before going to our room.

We do offer our guests access to our on property safety deposit boxes, and each team member is aware of the correct policies to ensure guest items are safe. I am very sorry they did not offer this to you during your stay. We do have a safe on property, however it is not intended for guest use, we are very sorry for this. We also have a pantry available 24 hours a day by our front desk with many drinks, snacks, frozen items and any possible needed sundries. Again, I am very sorry our team did not communicate this with you. We hope that you will have a great day and give us another chance to make y our stay.

Convenient to the interstate but the property falls short of a Hilton experience. The bathroom was cramped and the sink simply did not drain. Also, the pet fee, $75, is exorbitant compared to comparable hotels.

We do have a pet that is posted on all of our web sites and through our 3rd party vendors as 75.00 non refundable. You could not use the pool, looking out your window. It was filthy, dirty, the bathroom floors were dirty the tub was dirty. The restaurant was a joke. I had to make my own toast couldn’t even get a cup of coffee terrible you doing

I'm very sorry hear of the issues during your stay. Our pool unfortunately is under reconstruction and is not full of water at this time. We should have it back up and running by the end of this month as shown via our web site. We do offer the coffee either via your server or via the coffee station, We are very sorry if the coffee station was not stocked when you were here.
