Clean and controlled

Awesome staff, had a few problems with our room but they were fixed right away. 24 security helped keep noise levels down.

You get what you pay for

Area was super sketchy, it was a no smoking room but every time the A.C. came on it smelled like a tobacco factory. It was awful!!! My children coughed all night and it burned my nose horribly. The fridge was unplugged when we got there and the floor was soaking wet. The bathroom had hairs all in it and the front desk just said "Sorry" Will NEVER stay there again!! Ever.....

Ice machines and soda machine too far from rooms not convinced for guests. TV was very small needs to be updated

Lowest cost near University of Redlands!

Pros: location, near restaurants, friendly staff
Cons: accoustics from rooms on second floor
Location: university Redlands, downton Redlands!
Just a few miles from the university at under $100 a night so I can trvel to see my college student more frequently!

We loved the late check in. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was so nice and very accommodating. Very helpful in helping us find restaurants.

Very basic hotel

No elevator and it was very hard carrying heavy luggage up and down. Carpets were filthy. Do not walk barefoot.

Nice Hotel

The staff are always nice and polite, every time we have to come to San Bernardino we stay at this hotel, it is close to the freeway and to restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
