Nice location

Going to Redmond for work 3rd time staying at this location very quiet and easy access in Eastside

Nice location insinde Microsoft campus

More of an apartment than hotel

Pros: It had a cooker
Cons: increased the frequency of the room cleaning, once every 7 days is too less
Location: you'll need a car
The tap was a bit broken and loose, breakfast was a couple of cereal bars along with hot beverages. Your room is only cleaned once every 7 days.

We requested I handicapped accessible room. It definitely was not equipped properly. Safety bars fell off inside the shower. The toilet never flush and even overflowed. It was reported immediately however it took more than 24 hours to have maintenance come to the room. Requested a new room and was told there was nothing available. Reservation sad all utensils plates, pans, coffee pots were in the room. Had to go to front desk to request them. I am so disgusted with our experience at this place, I would not suggest staying here to anyone.

Hotel with a kitchen. Ideal for longer term stays.

Pros: Has a kitchen.
Cons: Plumbing. Direction fridge opens in some rooms (away from the wall, so it's hard to open it and get in between because there's a table behind.
We needed a place with a kitchen to stay with our family for a while, so this place was the only option other than house rentals. We got a deal off Expedia and it was cheaper than at the hotel. We rented four rooms on different occasions and each time there was a plumbing issue. Experience depends on a lot of factors. Sometimes there were neighbors who were noisy as they chatting outside and walking with their dog throughout the night.

A little disappointed

Pros: Close to freeway and to Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland. Location was great. The staff are very friendly
Cons: Definitely cleaning the place better. A few more pot and pans.
Location: Bellevue, Redmond and Kirkland and easy to get to Seattle
It was a convenient location to Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond . The staff was extremely friendly. The room was a bit of a disappointment. I had to go to the grocery store and get cleaning supplies to clean it, the smell in the room was not pleasant at all, it actually smelled dirty. Once I cleaned and got freshener, it was better. It was nice to have the kitchenette, but it would have been nicer to have proper pots and pans to cook pasta or soup, what was provided was extremely small and inconvenient. If it just had a little more TLC and a bit cleaner, I would definitely recommend this place, but at this time, my opinion is low.

Not Downtown

Pros: Has the basics and no freeway noise
Cons: The basic items, coffee maker and cups for example, are available for the asking but one has to fetch these items and carry them to your room.
Location: Microsoft campus across the street with nearby shopping needs and places to eat,
We found this to be accommodation nearer for the Blerch Run in Carnation. It is in a quiet area and although check-out is 11:00 a.m., they allowed us to postpone this as we wanted to clean up after the event. Our trusty GPS led us astray and we got back about half an hr late. Even though we had to re-activate the door access card, we all were able to wash up without fuss. We let the front desk know that the tub faucet was continuously dripping and should be repaired.

Uncomfortable hotel but grateful they allowed anim

The room was ok but our daughter had to sleep on the pullout bed. The mattress was so terrible she had to sleep on the floor. The hotel gave us no options for resolving this. I did appreciate that it was clean and allowed us to bring our dog AND cat!! We could not find any other hotel that allowed that.

Pros: Cleanliness on premises and in the room.
Location: It was perfect location for my business meeting.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a gap between the floor and the door let light, cool air and noise in. What I liked most was feeling safe in the area. A female traveling alone, this is REALLY important. Driving onto the premises there is always a sense of relief when the building and premises are clean and tidy. I felt reassured I was in a good location.
