“Pros: No bugs!!! Clean bedding and towels, nearby ice machine, close to several stores and food options. Never felt like I wasn’t safe. Quiet motel. Cons: Poor WiFi, extremely rundown room, dirty walls and carpet, air conditioning doesn’t work that great. This hotel should be $85 a night. Not $233. But everything in Bend was expensive this weekend so I get it. They’re playing the game.”

“The staff was kind and helpful. The grounds were dirty. Plastic garbage bags at both side entrances, stairs weren’t vacuumed and at 3:30 my room wasn’t even ready and the staff seemed surprised that I was there. On the computer, the room was listed as clean and ready. The alarm clock was broken and so was the touch pad on the microwave. There was no place to charge personal devices, so bring your own plug-ins. Over all, I was disappointed and won’t stay there again.”
