Too noisy.

Hotel is near a truck stop. Can't get a full night's sleep.

The Tom's gas station across the street has diesel so there are many trucks that visit the location- the noise there is beyond our control. Thank you for staying with us

Bugs in bed

Found bugs crawling on mattress. Staff in denial. Manager left me a lengthy voicemail stating how there were no bugs. However the photo and video I took of them crawling and showed to other staff says otherwise. Still waiting for a refund.

Convenient location

Good restaurant right next door, other amenities close by. Hotel staff were friendly, room was clean and best of all blessedly quiet.

Pleasant surprise

Have stayed there once before many years ago and was very pleasantly surprised to find that overall it was as good if not even a little bit better than it was during my first visit.
