I really enjoyed all my interactions with the hotel workers. They were very helpful throughout the entire experience, and I would definitely recommend them for their staff! I would also like to say the bar menu options were great. The rooms were clean, which they also frequently asked if we would like to be cleaned again throughout our trip.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, front desk spoke English, and restaurant staff were more than happy to find someone who did if we were having issues communicating. Food was good, pool was clean, very quiet hotel, which is exactly what we were looking for. The pool became more lively in the evenings with kids, but they were respectful and it was always quiet by night time.

"I liked the way the staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean. The Zocalo and Mercado were just a few minutes away and the hotel had a shuttle that took you to the centro. I would definitely recommend it."
