The property advertises free airport shuttle. When I called to schedule a pick up time, I was informed that they did not. They said they would give me a number for a company that would charge $50 or I could book an Uber. I specifically booked this hotel for airport transportation. They refused to give me a refund when I tried to cancel for this reason.

The facility needs to be updated especially for seniors.
Felt unsafe using the shower because there was no grab-bar to hold on to.
The bathroom sink was slightly plug and the television remote and safe needed to have the batteries change.

The property is very clean and the room was nice and cozy. The staff was helpful. The location was a bit far from the Zurich HB station.

Nice hotel and friendly helpful staff. Be aware of additional city tax and parking fees in addition to advertised rate. Also, advertised swimming pool is also additional fee and not for under 16s. Had two disappointed children.

It was a really nice stay, however, our shower only had one door? So the water from when we showered always leaked everywhere. Very concerned as to what happened to the other door as it made it an uncomfortable showering experience. But the staff was great!!

We had a nice 6 nights stay here. Even though we reached quite late, the check in was smooth. The best bit was that the AC was working very well unlike many other hotels. The bedding could have been better specially the pillows as they were virtually non existant. The bathroom was tiny and had mould all around the shower area, perhaps something to look into. The house keeping did a good job as we came late everyday to a tidy and clean room. The chef at breakfast was very helpful and attended to us very coutiously. Bus stop is just outside and train staion is 2 mints ride away. Also is connected to a shopping mall which was very convenient. All in all a good comfortable stay.

It was really nice staying there, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the staff is really nice.
There were good restaurants within walking distance!

Measurement of comfort.
Overall, the service was excellent! Staff were nice and friendly, the food was excellent, the room was clean, and the location is perfect because of its accessibility to the supermarket. The only problem we encountered was the air-condition unit in our room which was noisy thus affecting our sleep.

Everything was amazing and above expectations.
The location was very friendly and easy to reach, rooms were well furniture, immaculate property, and more.
I do strongly recommend Zurich visitors for this stay.
The staff was very nice, especially the Turkish girl at the reception desk.

Area around not pleasing and not enough amenities in the hotel
The hotel will save you some money compared to booking in downtown Zurich or near the airport but you have to catch the S6 Train via Oelirkon from Zurich HB (Central Station) or Zurich Flughafen (Airport)
You still better off even if you take UBER (8 CHF low peak, 20 CHF high peak) at Regensdorf-Watt train station if you have big luggage.
The staff is very helpful and the hotel is comfortable.
I see many tour bus use this hotel for their guests.
