Regina work

Pros: It was nice to have the attached restaurant and lounge at the hotel. The room was acceptable and the price was reasonable.
Cons: There were just a couple little things are the carpet so the could have been cleaned better. The area rug was starting to roll up at the end.
Location: This hotel is close to Victoria Square and and business on the east end.
I booked the jacuzzi suite and had lots of room. The bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. The amenities (fridge/microwave) could be updated. The welcome gift of water and snacks was appreciated.

So I don't mind giving a numerical rating for a hotel - but when you won't let me submit it because I don't fill in the other endless boxes - I am just not going to bother with any of it. I would suggest making the 'boxes' part optional so that people will fill them out if they want.

Nice hotel running on a budget

Service was good and room was pretty cool spa suite but it's the details like broken hot water tap no lightbulb in shower no room service was hoping there would be some

Clean room..but the bed was terrible! Definitely a motel room is as good as its bed!!

Needs work

The good Beds are very comfy and rooms were very clean. Housekeepers are friendly. Even left a few extra coffee pouches!!!! Breakfast at smittys was awesome. Late night snacks at the attached lounge were tasty. Lounge it's self was pretty quiet. Mc Donalds was right down the street as well. The not so good Tub taps leaked all night didn't matter how tight you turned them. Soft music from my phone covered that. Walls paper thin woke each morning at 6 am due to the guy in room above peeing!!!!! Not the greatest way to wake up!!! Pool area was clean and pool looked very inviting plus side no one else there. Step into pool to find out why...... Water ice cold!!!! Hot tub out of service. Ended up leaving without a swim. We choose this hotel because it had a pool and had a free breakfast for 115 a night. While they did offer the pool couldn't swim and while they had breakfast it cost 6 dollars per person. So all in all I think we should have just spend an extra 30 bucks a night and gone to better place.

Wouldn't let me pay cash

Hey I had booked this night in this Hotel. At time of arrival I wanted to pay cash... but no matter how much I offered them they would not let me in. They actually made me leave as if they had way to many customers already!! They insisted to want a credit card. Even when I told them I dont have a credit card they still didnt let me pay with cash. They wanted me to pay $380.00 although the sign said $50 damage deposit and the room was only suppose to cost $130 per night. I tell you something is really wrong with this place.!!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. Hotel accept cash at check out time only. Valid bank issue credit cared is required to get the room. amount $50 is pre-auth on top of the amount for your stay for incidental charges. This is normal practice in all the hotels in Canada and USA.

Cheap and cheerful but needed to up the vacuuming. Sub standard cleanliness but passable.

Pros: The beds were ever soft and warm. I love the comfortable
Cons: The elevator was very creaky. And smelt bad. Felt like it was going to break.
Location: The hotel was in a great stop. Right on the main highway. Very easy to find.
