Travelling with a dog

Posted Jul 16, 2017
Great separate exit thru patio doors, also ease of use for luggage in main floor. Room clean, comfy bed. Air-conditioning noise from above room on 2 and floor causing loud vibration during the night. Great location for a unleashed do park not far awyay, also close self wash up for dog.

Nice hotel

This was a nice hotel for the price. Nothing to complain about but really nothing to rave about either. Would stay here again if passing through

Great motel with easy access

Posted Jul 5, 2017
Pros: Patio access on ground floor for east unloading and loading of luggage. Plugins on lamps easy access for CPAP machine and electronics charging.
Location: Very easy to access lots of interesting shopping and dining experiences.
We needed a motel near near our medical facility and we were very pleased with the location and amenities offered at Comfort Inn at a price we felt we could afford. Enjoyed being able to walk to Perkins Restaurant for supper nearby.

In general, pretty good

Posted Jul 4, 2017
Pros: Cleanliness of the hotel, lobby & room. Set up of the room was great. Breakfast food & options are fantastic. Outdoor smoking area was appreciated!
Cons: Carpet removal eventually as it was dirty throughout & extension of the breakfast area would be fantastic! Adding a bar with stools would even help!
Location: Another entrance-we waited a long time plus there is no room to turn around so having to circle the hotel was a pain & again wait for vehicles to move
There is only one entrance onto the property, which ends up being difficult for quite a tight parking situation that you have to maneuver around and the typical busyness of a hotel. The staff member upon check in wasn't the friendliest and rushed us through the booking process not willing to answer questions, therefore he did not sound professional or knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel is clean and nicely renovated. The room was great and the perfect size. One thing was the state of the carpet around the hide a bed, it was very dirty but the rest of the room appeared clean. The breakfast room could be made a little bigger, it was extremely tight, guests were bumping into one another and spilling everywhere and lots were standing in the middle eating as there wasn't enough places to eat. However, breakfast itself was very good and in general a great complimentary breakfast! I'm a non smoker and it was great to see a designated smoking area away from the lobby doors!!!

Pleasant hotel

Posted Jul 2, 2017
Pros: I liked the room décor and the comfortable bed.
Cons: No one answered the phone when I called the desk to ask for the Wi-Fi password. The breakfast was mediocre; there needs to be more small fresh fruit.
Location: The hotel is located near a pub and a Chinese buffet. There is a large mall across the street.
I found this hotel with some difficulty, due to the road construction in the area. Once I arrived, check-in went smoothly. There was more than one laundry cart in the hallway, despite it being late afternoon when I checked in. I found my room to be clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable.

Average hotel, good for the price. Handy location

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: It was so close to where I was going. Also right in an area with a lot of stores and restaurants. Definitely a plus
Cons: The breakfast wasn't that good. No actual cream or milk available for coffee, or even to drink. No muffins or danishes which many hotels offer
Location: I went there to golf and it was close to the club, which is why I chose it. Starbucks is close. Lots of shopping
Hotel was very clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. The one detractor, and it is a big one, is that they used an incredibly strong, perfumed cleaner or something. It permeated the hotel and was extremely strong in the room. I'm one of many people with sensitivities to perfumes and was badly stuffed up every time I was in the room. They need to understand how many people like me there are out there and find a solution to this issue. I can't stay in another Comfort Inn if they keep this up

Decent value for the money

Posted Jun 5, 2017
Pros: Quiet, low traffic area.
Cons: Gym and pool/hot tub
Location: Location is slightly off the main road, but there is a pub and a chinese buffet across the parking lot. Chinese buffet food was good with fair price.
Hotel doesn't have an elevator so if your on the second floor you will have to use the stairs. Hotel is older but has been renovated nicely. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30am so, its a bit late if your off to work. There is no work out facilities or pool which it could use as it is a bit far to go to a gym. Overall I the hotel was quiet and better in value than the competitors down the street. I would stay there again.
