Comfortable Canadian hotel.

Solid breakfast with healthy snacks. One elevator was slow so we used the stairs that were tired . Not a bad hotel but pricey for were it was and what it had to offer.

Pros: Clean, new, comfortable. Easy access and near main routes and shopping - big box or otherwise.
Cons: The same comfortable pillows but a little thinner to help with keeping the neck straight would be nice.
Location: Lewvan Drive, 2 mins in from #1 highway. 5 mins to airport, 10 to downtown. Lots of stores around but just blocks from Albert Street too.
The hotel was busy which is a good sign and looks new too. Decent size parking lot. Near the airport but we didn't hear a plane even though we saw some through the window landing/taking off. The furniture in the lobby makes it tight to navigate past the front desk with a wheelchair if there are a few people at the front desk but is doable. We did not have an accessible room so the bathroom is a little small but was okay. Good water pressure and temperature. We ate supper at the Ricky's All Day Grill that is a 50 foot walk across the parking lot, and there are lots of other places really close by too. There is a Tim Hortons next to the Ricky's also. The breakfast area didn't look overly big but we ate out with friends elsewhere anyway. The beds were a little firm but very comfortable although the pillows were almost a little too thick. Huge long counter with an office chair and two big square padded pull out cubes to sit on. We were surprised to not receive a copy of the bill under the door so did have to go through the check out process but it went fairly quickly.

Home away from home

This is a great family hotel. The water slide is great. Our 3 small kids loved using it. The pool is salt water. Which is pretty awesome. Staff is on top of everything. And always willing to go the extra mile without being asked. We always feel spoiled staying here. They also have gf options which I need and am so thankful they have. More hotels need to start doing this for the contentEntal breaky. This hotel is our home away from home whenever we are in Regina! I would rate it 6 stars if I could!

Love love love this hotel. From the super friendly staff. Great breakfast options(even gf options). location(easy to get to). This hotel is classy and at a reasonable price. Our go to hotel for whenever we are in Regina!

Staff is not willing

Staff was very negative towards her since we booked with Expedia. Only have a timer check in after that we were treated well because no one knew made me and my family feel unwanted at first

Staff friendly, continental breakfast is decent with someone there looking after it. Have stayed here in the past.
