I had a short stay in Regina, but while there the hotel was a good place to stay. Nice clean room, friendly staff, good restaurant, and a good fitness centre for those who need to get a workout in while on the road.

Great Hotel

I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the lobby. Very big and a lot more modern than some of the hotels I encountered during online hotel search. This is a great hotel with contemporary finishes, big room and comfortable bed. The free WiFi internet access, underground parking and Starbucks in the lobby was convenient. I would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Great hotel

Was there for a conference, hotel room was nice, loved the balcony, staff were nice, food was great, love the convenience of underground parking, over all great stay and room rates are definitely reasonable. Only thing I would recommend is that they change the coffee in the rooms, it's not the greatest, but they have a Starbucks in the lobby which is a huge bonus.

Dedicated staff make up for noise problems

Very luxurious hotel, with dedicated staff. I had requested a roll away bed, or cot in my room, and I never received one, which was disappointing upon arrival. The only other negative issue I had was on Saturday night, April 24, when there was deafening music from a party in one of the ballrooms which prevented me from sleeping. However, when I called down to the front desk, they explained the situation (it was apparently a birthday party, and my third floor room was right above the ballroom) and switched my room to one much higher up (9th floor) which solved the problem. While it was a hassle to have to get dressed and pack up all my things (I had been trying to sleep) I did appreciate the hotel accommodating my room change, though a discount might have been helpful for the sleep I had already lost. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant on Saturday evening, and it was top notch. Our server was friendly and dedicated, very attentively making us feel very comfortable. The food was excellent, and the ambience nice and quiet. Overall a very good stay.

Location, Location

Pros: Recently renovated . Clean comfortably appointed rooms. Easy access to all downtown amenities - shopping, bars, nightlife, casino, etc.
Cons: While recognizing the added security, swiping for access to elevators is a bit annoying.
Just stayed one night. Excellent location for the event I was attending.

Nice downtown Regina

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, my meal at the restaurant was terrible and way over-priced but the staff made sure I got dessert on the house because I didn't enjoy the meal. They give you a cookie when you check-in! Wasn't a huge fan of the parkade, secure but inconvenient and no elevator up to the lobby, seemed like an after thought. Room was great and clean on areival but the heat only went down to 18 degrees and I prefer a cooler room. check out was easy and no discrepancies.

Great hotel for business in downtown Regina

This hotel might have been recently renovated. The interior is rather new and in good condition. Walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.
