Pet friendly, large rooms, could use better reno
Posted Nov 27, 2016
We stayed 3 nights, rented 2 rooms. Nice to find a pet friendly hotel in Regina's south end, however I was disappointed with bad heating (had to be moved to another room because heating didn't work; original heaters were not replaced, old clunky and noisy, room 104, 106). This is an old hotel renovated but not well. The bathtub appeared to have painted over as paint was missing in corners/where it meets wall (room 106 and I think also 104). The beds were comfortable and the pet welcome kit was awesome (includes a bowl, snack, water bottle and poop bag). The carpets were old.
The room we were moved into was less cold however heater again was insufficient so the receptionist brought a portable electric heater. Breakfast is extra 11$/person 6$/child.
