Not enough parking as hotel has expanded.

Posted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: Staff were helpful and the room was a decent size.
Cons: Parking and that continental breakfast.
Location: Near downtown and the casino for convenience, but Victoria Ave. is one of Regina's busier traffic streets.
Overall O.K., but the continental breakfast is no hell. Undercooked artificial eggs. Limited fruit selection. One night we had to park in the street which was a concern because the hotel is not in the greatest location downtown. Regina has a high car theft rate. We were O.K., but I wasn't crazy about that.

Older hotel, in a good area for exploring.

Posted Sep 22, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The front desk attendant was very pleasing, and helpful. He answered all questions.
Cons: Charge less.
Location: Location great. Easy access to all tourist attractions.
Free breakfast was not at all pleasing. I would prefer to pay, and get real eggs. When we arrived, there was a room service tray on a garbage can, on the 5 th floor. We were there 4 days and as we were leaving, sure enough, the tray was still there?????

Dirty hotel

Posted Sep 22, 2015
The hotel is being managed very unprofessionally, the carpets are full of dust, the elevators were having large stains, the bed sheets were also not tidy. There is no proper cleaning system, when I asked the cleaning lady to vacuum the carpet at least, she said that it can only be done on Monday. The second night when I was returning to the hotel a lady was sitting right on top of the front desk and two three persons were standing around her including the receptionist, all of them laughing out loudly and having some kind of drinks, this shows the way in which the hotel is being managed.

Pros: I went to the Memories Cafe and had a $15 hamburger and was quite surprised, the patty was actually still moist & tender.
Location: The only good thing about it was it was close to the Show Lounge where my Concert was.
Book in time was 3pm I got to my room by 4:20pm due to cleaners. There was no thermostat in the room so I was cold & the control box on the window heater was locked. The bed was harder than a rock. I had asked for an abilities washroom with a walk in shower with a seat, because I have trouble walking & standing... did not get. The next morning we were to get a free breakfast. The eggs were still frozen as was the bacon and you got a whole tablespoon of eggs. As I walked around the Hotel I noticed a lot of things were in disrepair, needed a coat of paint or just needed to be replaced.

Not worth it

Posted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Overall cleanliness. The area outside the elevator on my floor had rubbish on it when I arrived. Two days later the trash was still there.
Location: Near to downtown, dining, and the LGBTQ bar.
The location is very central, but don't bother requesting a specific room type. They don't have it and make no apology for not being able to meet your request. The continental breakfast is ok, but the staff don't give you tickets for your whole stay which is inconvenient. Cleaning staff doesn't restock the in-room coffee and tea and doesn't make sure that sugars/creamer are in, plus they threw out my water jug that I bought! No apology on that either. I requested a crib in my booking but had to call down for one anyway and what they sent up was some rusty baby cage from the 70s. The bathroom had pink mold in it and holes in the ceiling. Ceiling fan was caked in dust. Air conditioner blew dust. All in all, it was terrible.

the room was very disappointing.Room was not really clean. I requested a change in towels for the second day but they they didn't changed them. They fan didn't work and I had to get extra blanket for the second night!
