Pros: the complimentary breakfast and the closeness to what we were in town for
Cons: do not charge foe parking.
everything was fine and we did not have to request anything that had been forgotten ie.. clean towels for the next day.

Good Hotel...BEDS SUCK!

Cons: The beds!
Beds are terribly uncomfortable. Disappointed that we could only get a king room in the front of the hotel where the road noise keeps you awake.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Chinese restaurant conveniently located on main floor. Picked up some takeout after a long day of driving. Have stayed here multiple times and enjoy it. Could use more detailed cleaning in rooms. Have had to wipe counters and tables myself upon arrival as there were cup rings and smears left on surfaces. But the bathroom is always clean and that's what's most important

Pros: Not much. I would not stay there again.
Cons: The improvement lies completely in the courtesy desk at the front when one comes into the hotel.
I was very disappointed with the response of this hotel company. Upon arrival the doors were locked at 2:30 am. I waited over 10 minutes in the cold for the person in charge at the front desk to come and open the doors. When I complained about being there that long, his response was not apologetic, but rather that he had been gone to the bathroom for 5 minutes only. I had already emailed this in your check in survey, to which no one responded about. Housekeeping was not great. Dirty dishes were not cleaned from my room on two of the days I was there. Additionally garbage had not been emptied on those same two days, no coffee refill until I asked, and the plastic bag outlining the ice bucket had not been removed. I requested a room with one Kingsize bed but instead received a room with two queens. Very little television selection.

Convenient and Comfortable

Pros: The convenient location
Cons: the covered parking attached to the hotel.
Location: I didn't stay in the city but it was very easy to find and access to the airport by car.
The staff were all great. If it were up to me I would have a different restaurant attached. But I am not so fond of Chinese food. The bed was comfortable but I have had more comfortable beds in other Wyndham locations. Overall I was very satisfied.

Pros: Convenient access to bus terminal.
Cons: Nothing you can do about it -- but I found that I could hear quite a lot of traffic noise from my room.
Location: I had to leave early in the morning. Didn't stay long enough to do anything.
Didn't have the chance to try out the facilities, but the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Booked an overnight stay here ... first time staying ... would return again. The Staff were awesome.. I really liked this hotel, very convenient location. Thank you to everyone who made my stay super pleasant..

Old hotel, needs some repair, and attitude change

Pros: Very little
Cons: Staff, parking, bathrooms, food, lobby.
Location: Nothing, unless you like to gamble. Be careful walking across to the casino however as the area is a well known indian gang hangout.
The hotel is adequate at best. It is located in a crowded, rundown area of a city which offers little in the way of interesting features. Staff are helpful to a point , but stiff and non-involved for the most part. Parking is an issue, and is an additional charge on your bill. The parking lot, while indoors, is not connected to the hotel, and requires dragging your baggage past the smokers hanging around outside the door, over the broken pavement ,and through a locked door. My recommendation is to look for another hotel .

Dear Dale, Please let me apologize for the inconvenience that was caused to you during your stay with us and you did not like the location of our hotel. It is quite sad for us that we were not able to meet up to your expectations and our commitment to our guest. I won't give any explanation but as our location is right downtown, along with other downtown hotels, parking is an extra charge because of the limited parking available at this location. We do have a direct access from the parking lot but after 10pm, we only have guest key card access from that door because of security reasons. I am sure that you will give us another chance and we will ensure that we provide you with one of the best stay ever.

It was a quick overnight stay enroute to Blind Bay, British Columbia. This hotel served our needs and we were very pleased with both the room and breakfast the following morning
