Le Perchoir du Quercy is a large log cabin that can accommodate up to 8 people. You will be seduced by its calm and its breathtaking view of the typical landscapes of Quercy Blanc and the famous village of Montcuq which is only 5 minutes by car.  
 Here everything has been designed for your comfort: Nordic bath, residential net ... it is the ideal place for nature lovers. Le Perchoir du Quercy is a confidential address in a natural and preserved setting conducive to relaxation open all year round.

Our charming cottage offers a surface of 120m2 which can accommodate up to 8 people in total autonomy.   
Whether with family, friends or lovers, come and relax for a weekend, a week ... here everything has been thought of for your comfort:  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- a beautiful living space of 48m2 brings together the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, French press, toaster), the dining room and the cathedral lounge with access to the terrace (32 "TV, satellite channels, bluetooth speaker)  
\-1 bedroom with 140 bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe  
\-1 bedroom with 160 bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe  
\-1 bathroom with shower  
\-1 separate WC  
A very beautiful staircase will lead you to the 2nd floor with:  
\-the parental suite with 1 bed in 160 and 2 beds in 90  
\-1 bathroom with shower and WC  
\-1 residential net, stretched over the living room, a real invitation to rest (beware, this is not a trampoline!)  
\-a laundry room with drying washing machine, iron and ironing board  
  
\-The beds are dressed in a washed linen sheet made in France for cozy nights.  
  
Outside:  
\-The cottage is surrounded by a large, largely covered terrace from where you will enjoy the magnificent sunrises, summer and winter, and where the facilities invite you to laze:  
bench, ottomans, chilean, armchairs ...  
and at times of sharing: garden table and chairs, barbecue  
\-The Nordic bath in red cedar heated over a wood fire promises you as many moments of relaxation between adults as family fun  
\-a pétanque, mölky, darts, badminton court  
\-on the field and in their enclosure our donkey Mojito and our 5 sheep are the guardians of our property, they will keep you company as well as wild birds

#### Le Paradis de la détente

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour ce lieu, tout d'abord en photos lors du choix de notre séjour. La réalité est encore plus éblouissante. Le chalet en bois (magnifique) est un véritable havre de paix où la nature a toute sa place. Nous sommes venus à deux couples. Et nos avis sont unanimes : Nous avons été magnifiquement bien accueillis par Nathalie, de la réservation à notre départ. Soucieuse du détail, rien ne manque dans ce véritable paradis de la détente, exempt de tout défaut : du bain suédois en plein air à la terrasse aménagée, du pépiement des oiseaux au chant des grillons, de la cuisine entièrement équipée au filet suspendu, absolument TOUT est propice à la détente. Inutile de préciser que nous reviendrons ici sans aucun doute. Il s'agit pour nous d'un véritable coup de cœur. Nous sommes littéralement tombés amoureux de cet endroit magique dont nous repartons ressourcés et apaisés. Un immense merci à Nathalie qui mérite amplement ces compliments encore bien loin de la réalité !

#### Superbe expérience!!dépaysement assuré

Week end entre amis, lieu exceptionnel, la propriétaire a été charmante avec nous, avec notamment plusieurs attentions ( gâteau, fromage, vin offerts ). Le chalet est magnifique et très fonctionnel et le bain nordique est un réel plus. Très bonne literie comme tout le mobilier qui est neuf. Allez y sans hésiter!!

#### FABULEUX

C est un endroit insolite au calme, à la campagne et nous y avons passé de très bons moments. Nathalie est aux petits soins pour ses invités, la décoration et privilégié les producteurs locaux tout en mettant les atouts de sa région. Le bain nordique est génial. Il y a un plan d eau à proximité et la. Maison est tellement chaleureuse qu on a envie d y rester toute la journée. Bref tout est parfait. Je recommande fortement.
