Hotel was clean and extremely well maintained. You would never guess this hotel is steps from the sandy beach. Bedroom wood floors were clean & sand free! Furniture in room consisted of beautiful oak pieces consistent with the Victorian theme. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature of this hotel was the "spa pool". The temperature was delightfully warm. We went in every evening (no kids allowed after 8pm). Subtle lightening around the stone pool and classical music playing added to the ambience.

I always love coming here. Place is so retro. Love the friendly staff. In walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Love tge birds.

Had an amazing stay! Staff were so welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, the room/atmosphere was extremely relaxing and comfortable. We loved seeing the birds in the lobby. Such a unique and beautiful place to stay! Will absolutely be booking again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cozy Victorian hotel . It was decorated with gorgeous vintage Christmas decor from top to bottom . The pride and passion of the entire staff was prevalent! Our room was like a bed & breakfast with attention to the tiniest details , like having bed turned down and a nice Good night card with candy daily . Love the staff . We made some friends!! Definitely will return ! ♥️

We were impressed with Gus. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help us. We didn't like the towels in the room. They were rough, and could've used some fabric softener.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth over the years and this was by FAR the nicest experience we’ve had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, I loved the balcony view, the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, the spa pool was gorgeous, and we loved interacting with the birds! Will definitely be back!!!

Our granddaughter loved all the pet birds and the small heated spa pool. The location was great. Steps from the beach and right on the boardwalk. The decor was dark and outdated(it is advertised as Victorian decor). Cluttered and worn. The room was very nice but again dated. Bathroom incredibly small. The oceanfront view was amazing. It was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay here with children. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. Loved the antique touches around the hotel and the birds in the lobby. Great location. Easy onsite parking.

No concierge checking in, carry own bags, i was on a special concierge floor.. room next to me , smoked Marijuana in there room for 2 days coming to my room and balcony, im not a ptude, i just dont like that smell. To the bar i ordered a crown n ginger ale, i got a Corona and glass of ginger ale. Dinner one night never offered specials and othe tables were and i would have had special. Never given dinner rolls just the plate .Breakfast was good everyday.

Vintage hotel
Great vintage hotel. Like staying at your great grandmother’s place. Love the staff “wearing” the colorful and lively birds. The balconies are very small. Only room for two chairs and the ornate railing makes it difficult to see the water. But it is still a lovely, comfortable hotel.

A very nice and fun hotel! The staff and decor make it even better! From the desk clerk (Rich) to the maids, everyone is super nice and friendly. It’s right off the boardwalk and accessible to cute stores and nice restaurants (by walking). I do recommend Salt Air, but get reservations well in advance!
