Good hotel with friendly staff...

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Provide a shuttle to the beach.
Location: Tons of outlet shopping and restaurants
Stayed 5 nights on a trip to the beach. The hotel is clean and located on Route 1 which was convenient to restaurants and shopping. About 3 miles to the beach. The complementary breakfast was a bit redundant. It seems the eggs and meats are microwaved. The indoor pool was nice but a hot tub would have been nice. Thought I read somewhere that there was a shuttle to the beach was was not the case. The parking situation at Rehobeth Beach is inconvenient and bit confusing. Have to feed the meter every 2 hours which is the max time per session. Also tried the public bus which was $8 to park and ride per car. So next time, will stay at one of the hotels closers to the beach to avoid the parking issues.

Nice centered to everything

Great last minute find. Hard to get out of the comfy bed. Kids loved the pool as a break from the scorching heat of the beach.

decent hotel, lousy breakfast

Posted Jul 24, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel was fine, nothing special. They had too many chairs and couches and whatnot crammed into lobby area. Kind of like a furniture warehouse. I had been looking forward to breakfast but it turned out to be awful. Canned or packaged "fresh" fruit, oatmeal was full of some kind of fillers, not just whole cooked oats, no real butter, just the fake processed stuff, no decent juices, just from the machine and the pastries looked like they were from 7-11 or thereabouts. And the eggs were bland, with only the option of processed cheese to put on top or ketchup packets. And we had to eat on paper plates with plastic utensils. So yes, they had breakfast, but don't expect anything fresh or tasty. The girls up front were friendly and helpful but there seemed to be an inordinate amount of people who worked there but had no uniform or name tags and they were just sort of hanging around. I guess they were maintenance but it was a little odd, expect for girls up front, couldn't tell who worked there.

Modern and nice

Everything was great. The hotel was a little "worn in" but otherwise was amazing.
