Ok for a beach hotel

Pros: Location
Location: Didn't have a chance to sightsee.
Small room, but ok, not as nice as other Hamton Inns I have stayed at.

Great Hotel Close to Rehoboth Beach

Location: The location was perfect. Close to the beach access, shopping and other great attractions for the family.
My families stay at the Hampton Inn Rehoboth Beach was great! Upon arrival we were greeted by the staff and quickly checked in. We have a small child and we were offered a room on the first floor, which was way more convenient then getting on an elevator. The room was spotless and a nice size. The common areas were nice and clean as well. It was great that they offer coffee all day long. The breakfast that was offered every morning was good, nothing spectacular, but it was more than enough to start the day. The hotel is about a 5-10 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach, it's also central to a ton of restaurants and shopping.

Good value for clean new hotel

Nice hotel. Room was clean and staff very nice. Pool is small but heated and salt water-very nice. Not within walking distance to beach but you won't find one this nice doe the price on the beach.

It is a nice hotel to sleep.

Pros: Room clean, comfortable, quiet.
Cons: Make a better breakfast. The boiled eggs are too hard, no bacon which kids love.
Location: It is within a few minutes driving to the Rehoboth beach. A close-by Japanese restaurant and Jadi's sea food, tanger outlet etc.
This hotel is good but a little bit priced. The room is clean and we have three kids, it would be better if there is a sofa bed in addition, but not. The breakfast is OK, not so much selection. I am a little disappointed comparing to Hampton Inn at other places.

Great hotel!

Everyone was friendly. Environmental services was great, especially Faith. Breakfast was always fresh with multiple items to choose from. Will definitely recommend.

Breakfast was very bad. Even the people who were serving it. The front desk staff looked confused and unorganized. Not worth what I paid for . Never again ...

Horrible service from Helen, musky smell, AC noisy

This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at ANY business in my entire life. I have never ever felt so embarrassed and mistreated. Helen who claimed to be the manager (whose last name is not disclosed to me due to her safety, per management, that's silly considering they have all of my information) is the person at the front desk who was absolutely inept at handling customer interaction beyond "Hello" and clicking the mouse button a few times. She was not willing to help, not willing to go the "regular" mile, not willing to check the card numbers (which is where the mistake was), not willing to accept that she made a mistake...everything was my fault or on my end. She even went as far as to say "your card was approved because I ran a lesser amount" which is absolutely ridiculous. Money was not and never is an issue, there was a clerical error initially. The best part was when she told me (in front of other guests) that if I left without paying she would have me in collections...WOW!!! Where did that come from??? This is hospitality? Is this how a guest is treated? If I ever heard one of my employees speak that way to a guest...unprovoked, they would be terminated on the spot. I don't have a habit of complaining about anything, I usually just move on and don't get hung up but, this was completely unacceptable. I spoke with the General Manager Ms. Thompson when I was checking out (and paying my bill in full without a problem using the same card) who listened a

Baseball players

The hotel was filled baseball teams for a tournament. It was noisy and the kids broke a peice of pool equipment due to lack of parental supervision. The hotel was understanding that we did not stay the second night. Our staff was fantastic the room was very comfortable.

Staff was great, very friendly. Only complaint I had was the hot water dispenser on the breakfast service had apparently been used for coffee before. The tea I made for my drive home tasted awful. I didn't even know that until I was about 30 miles away.
